摘　　要：目的探讨自适应式生物反馈疗法与直肠肛管测压在功能性便秘(FC)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月我院收治的52例FC患者作为研究对象,所有患者在一般治疗基础上给予自适应式生物反馈疗法及直肠肛管测压。比较患者治疗前、后的临床症状评分、直肠肛管测压指标以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,FC患者的排便困难/费力、排便不尽、排便时间、排便间隔以及粪便性状评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,52例FC患者的治疗总有效率为80.77%,治疗期间无不良反应发生。治疗后,FC患者的直肠压力与直肠肛管压力差高于治疗前,肛管静息压低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗前、后,FC患者的肛管最大收缩压、直肠最小容量感觉值、直肠最大容量感觉值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论直肠肛管测压是一种简易、有效、可重复性高的排便功能检测方法。自适应式生物反馈疗法方法简单、患者易接受,无不良反应,可改善FC患者的直肠肛门压力异常、纠正生理功能障碍,治疗FC短期效果满意。Objective To explore the application effect of adaptive biofeedback therapy and anorectal manometry in patients with functional constipation(FC).Methods A total of 52 FC patients admitted in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.All patients were given adaptive biofeedback therapy and anorectal manometry on the basis of general treatment.The clinical symptom scores,anorectal manometry indexes before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of defecation difficulty/laboriousness,incomplete defecation,defecation time,defecation interval and fecal traits of patients with FC were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of 52 patients with FC was 80.77%,and no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.After treatment,the rectal pressure and difference of anorectal pressure of patients with FC were higher than those before treatment,and the anal resting pressure was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);before and after treatment,there were no significant differences in anal maximum systolic pressure,rectal minimum volume sensory value and rectal maximum volume sensory value of patients with FC(P>0.05).Conclusion Anorectal manometry is a simple,effective and repeatable method for detecting defecation fumction.The adaptive biofeedback therapy is simple and easy to be accepted by patients,without adverse reactions.It can improve the abnormal pressure of rectum and anus in patients with FC and correct physiological dysfunction,which has satisfactory short-term effect in the treatment of FC.
