摘 要:以淀粉/聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)复合薄膜为基材,以十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷(ODTMS)改性纳米氧化锌(m-nZnO)颗粒为疏水改性剂,PDMS作为粘合剂,通过循环浸渍-干燥法得到了疏水淀粉/PBAT复合薄膜,分析了疏水涂层(m-nZnO/PDMS)对淀粉/PBAT复合薄膜疏水、形状记忆等性能的影响。结果表明,ODTMS成功接枝在nZnO颗粒表面,m-nZnO水接触角为135.19°;当涂层混合液中m-nZnO与PDMS质量比为1:1时,薄膜水接触角最大可达到146°;同时,m-nZnO/PDMS涂层对基底薄膜的形状记忆性能未造成负面影响,薄膜仍具有95.23%的形状记忆固定率和88.16%的形状记忆回复率。Hydrophobic starch/PBAT composite films were obtained by cyclic impregnation-drying method using starch/polyterbenzoic acid-butylene adipate(PBAT) composite films as substrate,octadecyl trimethoxysilane(ODTMS) modified nano-zinc oxide(m-nZnO) particles as hydrophobic modifier and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) as adhesive.The effects of hydrophobic coating(m-nZnO/PDMS) on the hydrophobic properties,physical properties,stability and shape memory properties of the starch/PBAT composite films were systematically investigated.The results showed that ODTMS was successfully grafted on the surface of nZnO particles,and the water contact angle of m-nZnO was 135.19°.When the mass ratio of m-nZnO to PDMS in the coating mixture was 1:1,the water contact angle of the film reached a maximum of 146°.Meanwhile,the m-nZnO/PDMS coating did not have a negative impact on the shape memory performance of the substrate films,the films still had a shape memory fixation rate of 95.23% and a shape memory recovery rate of 88.16%.
