摘  要:击弦机弦槌胶粘剂会在一定程度上影响弦槌的弹性、击弦时间长短等,进而对钢琴的整体音色、音质产生极大影响。为分析不同种类胶粘剂粘接钢琴击弦机弦槌时形成的性能差异,以树脂基胶粘剂与动物胶粘剂进行对比测试。结果表明:从粘接效果来看,树脂基胶粘剂在温度由-20℃上升至60℃过程中的剪切强度表现更稳定;而动物胶粘剂在温度过低或过高时粘接效果均会受到影响。从钢琴音质结果可知:树脂基胶粘剂粘接弦槌时钢琴音色在低音区更为高亢、嘹亮,在高音区更为柔和;而动物胶粘剂组钢琴音色则相反。The adhesive for string hammer of string striking machine can affect the elasticity of string hammer and the length of string striking time to some extent,which has a great effect on the overall timbre and quality.In order to analyze the performance difference of different kinds of adhesives when they stick to the hammer of piano string machine,the resin-based adhesives and animal adhesives were compared and tested.The results show that the shear strength of the resin-based adhesive is more stable when the temperature rises from-20℃to 60℃,while the bonding effect of the animal adhesive is affected when the temperature is too low or too high.According to the objective test results of piano tone quality,when the resin-based adhesive is attached to the string hammer,the piano tone is higher and clearer in the bass area,and softer in the high area,while the animal adhesive group piano tone is opposite.
