摘　　要：为增强灌封材料的导热性能和阻燃性能,试验以环氧树脂作为灌封材料,添加适量的PP无卤阻燃剂以及导热填料纳米氧化铝、纳米氮化硼进行改性,制备了一种密封材料,并研究其性能。结果表明:在密封圈材料中添加阻燃剂和导热填料,可以使材料黏度提高,工作流动性增强,但会使绝缘性能和力学性能下降。密封材料的最佳配方为PP无卤阻燃剂40 phr、纳米氧化铝120 phr、纳米氮化硼30 phr,制备的密封材料具备较好的黏度、阻燃性能、导热性能、绝缘性能以及力学性能。In order to enhance the thermal conductivity and flame retardancy of the potting material,this test used epoxy resin as the potting material,added a proper amount of PP halogen-free flame retardant and thermal conductive fillers nano alumina,nano Boron nitride to modify,prepared a sealing ring material,and studied its performance.The test results show that adding flame retardants and thermal conductive fillers to the sealing ring material can increase the viscosity and enhance the working flowability of the material,but it will decrease the insulation and mechanical properties.In this test,the best formula of sealing ring material is PP halogen-free flame retardant 40 phr,nano alumina 120 phr,and boron nitride 30 phr.At this time,the prepared sealing ring material has good viscosity,flame retardancy,thermal conductivity,insulation and mechanical properties.
