摘  要:冲突判定和检测是列车运行计划编制和调整过程中的重要环节,是列车安全、有序运行的重要保障。本文较为全面地刻画了各类列车间隔时间冲突,包括列车追踪间隔时间冲突和车站间隔时间冲突,并基于时空网络提出相应的冲突判定方法。同时,提出了到发线占用冲突判定方法,并基于车站“点-弧”拓扑结构构建以及道岔分组,考虑时空维度,提出了咽喉区进路冲突的判定方法。进一步,基于滚动时域和深度优先搜索方法,提出了列车运行计划冲突检测方法和具体的冲突检测步骤。最后,提出了列车运行计划冲突疏解原则和策略,具体包括调整列车到发时刻、调整列车到开顺序、变更列车服务和变更列车运行径路的疏解策略。基于京包客专线路图定列车日常开行、图外临时旅客列车加开的场景进行了实验,实验结果证明了间隔时间冲突与车站进路冲突检测方法的有效性,可以精准地检测出上述冲突,为计划编制人员提供了合理的冲突疏解建议,保证了列车运行计划的可执行性,可辅助调度员快速、高效进行运输组织决策。Conflict judgement and detection are key points for scheduling and rescheduling and are important for trains to run in a safe and ordered manner.This paper describes all types of train headway time conflicts,including interval-time conflicts between two consecutive stations and conflicts at stations.According to the space-time network,judgement models for interval time conflicts were formulated.Track occupation conflicts at stations were also formulated.By establishing a topological structure composed of nodes and arcs and dividing switches into groups,we developed a judgement method for train routing conflicts at stations that considers the time and space dimensions.Moreover,a detection method and detailed detection steps for train operation plan conflicts based on the rolling horizon and depth-first search methods were proposed.We proposed a principle and strategy for conflict resolution,which refers proposed to the train running time and order adjustments,as well as changing the train service and routing.Considering the Beijing-Baotou high-speed railway,experiments for daily train operation plans and additional training were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The results provide reasonable conflict-resolution suggestions,which can be used to ensure the performance of train operation plans,and can assist dispatchers in making decisions quickly and efficiently.
