摘 要:为达到微正压环境下对核生化颗粒类污染物连续高效过滤防护的目的,研究了应用相转化法及表面涂覆法制备聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)复合气体分离膜材料过程中,非溶剂含量对复合气体膜分离材料膜结构及透气量的影响。结果表明,随着非溶剂三乙二醇(TEG)含量的增加,PEI复合气体膜分离材料的微孔结构更趋均匀,透气量更高,且经过涂覆堵孔的复合气体膜分离材料的过滤效率始终保持在99.99%以上。所制备复合膜材料的主要指标基本达到防护性能要求,未来可应用于个人防护和集体防护装备的研制。In order to achieve the purpose of continuous and efficient filtration and protection of nuclear,biological and chemical particulate pollutants in micro-positive pressure environment,the effects of non-solvent content in membrane casting solution on the membrane structure and air permeability of polyetherimide(PEI)composite gas membrane separation materials during the preparation of PEI composite gas separation membrane by phase inversion method and surface coating method were studied.The results show that with the increase of non-solvent triethylene glycol(TEG)content,the microporous structure of the PEI composite gas membrane separation material is more uniform,and the air permeability increases.The filtration efficiency of the composite gas membrane separation material coated with blocked pores remains above 99.99%.Therefore,the main indexes of the composite membrane materials prepared in this study have basically reached the requirements of protective performance,and can be applied in the research of individual and collective protection equipment in the future.
