摘 要:采用模板法结合溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同孔径的TiO_(2)光子晶体(TiO_(2) PC)薄膜,利用SEM、XRD和UV-Vis对其进行表征,并以罗丹明B(RhB)作为目标降解物评估了TiO_(2) PC薄膜的光催化性能。结果表明:所制备的TiO_(2) PC为锐钛矿相,具有良好的周期性结构,存在丰富的大孔,且光子带隙(PBG)可以被精确调控,是一种极具潜力的薄膜光催化剂。270-TiO_(2) PC薄膜的PBG为542 nm,其红边与RhB的中心吸收波长(554 nm)相匹配,对RhB表现出优异的光催化降解能力。在模拟太阳光照射2 h后,270-TiO_(2) PC薄膜对RhB(10 mg/L,5 mL)的降解率高达86.6%,反应速率常数为15.22×10^(-3) min^(-1)(分别是TiO_(2)纳米颗粒薄膜、340-TiO_(2) PC薄膜和500-TiO_(2) PC薄膜的7.11,1.96和1.99倍)。此外,对比实验揭示了TiO_(2) PC薄膜的大孔结构和PBG的调控对其光催化性能的提升作用。TiO_(2) photonic crystal(TiO_(2) PC)films with different pore sizes were prepared by the template method combined with the sol-gel method.The films were characterized by SEM,XRD and UV-Vis,and the photocatalytic performance of TiO_(2) PC films was evaluated using Rhodamine B(RhB)as the target degradant.The results show that the prepared TiO_(2) PCs are anatase phase,with good periodic structure,abundant large pores,and precisely tunable photonic band gap(PBG),which make them potential film photocatalysts.270-TiO_(2) PC films with PBG of 542 nm,whose red edge matches the central absorption wavelength of RhB(554 nm),exhibit excellent photocatalytic degradation ability of RhB.The degradation rate of RhB(10 mg/L,5 mL)achieved by 270-TiO_(2) PC films is as high as 86.6%after 2 h of simulated sunlight irradiation,and its reaction rate constant is 15.22×10-3 min^(-1)(7.11,1.96 and 1.99 times higher than that of TiO_(2) nanoparticle films,340-TiO_(2) PC films and 500-TiO_(2) PC films,respectively).In addition,the effect of the macroporous structure of TiO_(2) PC films and the modulation of PBG on their photocatalytic performance was revealed by the comparative experiment.
