希腊古典时期高等教育职业教师兴起与角色职能承担

摘　　要：希腊古典时期的“智者”指古希腊乃至整个西方最早的高等教育职业教师,他们迎合古希腊城邦民主制度发展所需,以传播知识收取费用为生,逐渐形成特殊社会阶层。雅典繁荣充裕的社会财富、城邦民主宪政等环境资源,民众价值观的转变、自由开放的风尚等人文条件共同促进了高等教育职业教师的兴起。彼时的高等教育职业教师在专业化进程中,开启世界本源思考,明晰教育价值、积淀课程体系,推行班级授课制、创新教学模式,捍卫人性道德,传播大众文化,出售智力成果等,承担了实践教育基本命题的角色职能,为我国新时代高等教育职业教师专业化发展提供了借鉴与参考。The“Sophistes”in the Greek classical period(especially the second half of the 5th century BC)refer to the earliest professional teachers of higher education in ancient Greece and even the whole Western world.Meeting the need of the development of the democratic system in ancient Greek city-states,they earned their living by spreading knowledge and charging fees,and gradually formed a special social class.The prosperity and abundant social wealth in Athens,the city-state democracy,constitutionalism and other environmental resources,the change of people’s values,the free and open atmosphere and other humanistic conditions have jointly promoted the rise of the professional teachers in higher education.At that time,in their professionalization process,the professional teachers of higher education started to think about the world origin,made clear the education value,accumulated the curriculum system,promoted the class teaching system,innovated the teaching mode,defended human morality,spread popular culture,and sold intellectual achievements,etc.,thus putting the basic educational propositions into practice.These roles and functions provide reference for the development of professional teachers of higher education in the new era in China.
