摘  要:由立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)引起的花生纹枯病的生物是花生生产中的重要病害,严重影响花生的产量和品质,威胁我国花生产业的持续健康发展。由于环境污染以及病原菌抗药性等原因,花生纹枯病防治日益受到人们的关注,而利用生防木霉进行花生纹枯病的生物防治便是一种行之有效的方法。本研究使用哈茨木霉T-102,利用微生物深层发酵的方法,在150 r/min、20℃、初始接种体积分数为7.5%的最佳条件下,成功获得了品质优异的发酵产物。产物经粉碎并添加浓度为0.1%的防腐剂硫酸链霉素后,得到了活菌数达10^(5)cfu/mL的水悬浮剂,制剂的悬浮率达90.55%,且贮藏期间没有腐败现象,有望进行进一步的商业化开发与应用。Peanut sheath blight,caused by Rhizoctonia solani,is one of the important diseases of peanut and has a strong impact on the yield and quality of peanut.Among the many management strategies of peanut sheath blight,the biological control is drawing more and more attention.In this research,a water suspension concentrate of Trichoderma harzianum T-102 was developed to control the peanut sheath blight.The optimal fermentation conditions of Trichoderma harzianum T-102 were temperature 20℃,inoculation volume fraction 7.5%and rotation speed 150 r/min.After homogenized in a blender,the concentration of suspension of Trichoderma harzianum T-102 hyphal fragments were 10^(5) cfu/mL.Adding 0.1%streptomycin sulphate to the water suspension concentrate could effectively inhibit the spoilage during storage.Through testing,the suspensibility of water suspension concentrate was 90.55%.All the indexes of the water suspension concentrate were conformed to the product standard.
