民族饮茶习俗在自创茶艺创编中的应用研究与实践——以白族三道茶为例

摘　　要：我国少数民族众多,一部以民族饮茶习俗为创编应用实践主线的自创茶艺创编作品,需要在科学沏泡、品鉴茶叶的基础上,科学融入多样化审美元素,流程化、艺术化地展示民族饮茶习俗与品鉴过程。文章通过研究民族饮茶习俗在自创茶艺创编中的应用与实践,明确民族饮茶习俗在自创茶艺创编主题提炼中的作用。基于继承与创新相融合、生活与文化相统一、规范与自由相辅佐、对称与差异相成就4个方面的民族饮茶习俗在自创茶艺创编中的应用与实践原理,集合茶叶、茶具的选择,茶席、服饰的设计,挂画、意境的营造,茶道艺术组合设计4个方向的民族饮茶习俗应用与实践路径,塑造自创茶艺创编的厚重审美特征。There are many ethnic minorities in our country,and a self-created tea art creation work that focuses on the ethnic tea drinking customs as the main line of creation and application practice,which needs to integrate diverse aes-thetic elements into the scientific brewing and tasting of tea,and displays the ethnic tea drinking customs and tasting process in a procedural and artistic manner.The article clarified the role of ethnic tea drinking customs in the theme extraction of self-created tea art creation by studying the application and practice of ethnic tea drinking customs in the creation of self-created tea art.The application and practical principles of ethnic tea drinking customs in the cre-ation of self-created tea art are based on four aspects:integration of inheritance and innovation,the unity of life and culture,the assistance of norms and freedom,and the achievement of symmetry and differences.The application and practical path of ethnic tea drinking customs is integrated in four directions:the selection of tea leaves and tea utensils,the design of tea seats and clothing,the creation of hanging paintings and artistic conception and the combina-tion design of tea ceremony art,shaping the profound aesthetic characteristics of self-created tea art creation.
