摘  要:对基于ContextCapture软件实景建模的技术在化工实验课程中的应用进行研究,介绍了实景建模的原理和拍摄条件,详细举例展示了通过基于ContextCapture软件的三维实景建模技术对单釜及三釜停留时间分布等实验装置进行三维实景建模的过程,得到了较为理想的模型。最后论述了实景建模在化工实验学习中的应用:可应用于预习和复习实验;可激发学习兴趣;可提高化工仿真技术的仿真性能;也可以应用在实验讲解和学生实验成绩评定中;在今后的化工行业和化工专业的教学领域中三维实景建模将有更广阔的应用前景。The application of real scene modeling technology in chemical engineering experiment course is studied.The technology is based on ContextCapture software.The principle and shooting conditions of real scene modeling are introduced.A detailed example is given to show the process of 3D real scene modeling of experimental devices such as single kettle and three kettle residence time distribution experiment through the 3D real scene modeling technology of ContextCapture software,and an ideal model is obtained.Finally,the application of real scene modeling in the process of chemical engineering experiment study is discussed.It can be applied to preview and review experiments;Can stimulate interest in study.It can improve the simulation performance of chemical simulation technology.It can also be used in experimental explanation and students’experimental performance evaluation.In the future,3D real scene modeling will have a broader application prospect in the field of learning and teaching of chemical engineering specialty.
