摘　　要：针对当前垃圾分拣效率低下以及环卫工人负担较重的现状,设计一套小型生活垃圾分拣系统。以西门子SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC为核心,通过多种传感器采集垃圾的性质信息,由控制器控制气缸和传送带等装置,根据垃圾的性质对其进行分类。通过LED以及蜂鸣器等装置反映系统的运行状态并进行报警等操作,确保操作人员及时了解系统运行状态。能够实现状态指示、空闲报警、垃圾识别和分拣及HMI组态监控等功能,并经过仿真测试,可提高资源的可回收性。Aiming at the low efficiency of waste sorting and the heavy burden of sanitation workers,a set of small domestic waste sorting system was designed.With Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC as the core,it collects information on the nature of garbage through a variety of sensors,and controls devices such as cylinders and conveyor belts by the controller to classify the garbage according to the nature of the garbage.The system reflects the operating status of the system through LED,buzzer and other devices and performs operations such as alarms to ensure that the operator knows the operating status of the system in time.It can realize functions such as status indication,idle alarm,garbage identification and sorting,and HMI configuration monitoring,and it is simulated and tested,which can improve the recyclability of resources.
