摘　　要：乡村振兴的关键是人才。实施乡村振兴需要大批农业科技人才,高等农业院校是培养农业科技人才的重要场所,能够为乡村振兴提供人才保障。当前大学生的就业形势依然严峻,农科大学生就业难尤为突出,鼓励和引导农科大学生到基层就业,既可以有效缓解大学生就业难问题,也可以全面推进乡村振兴战略。本文阐述了乡村振兴背景下高等农业院校大学生基层就业的现实意义,分析了农科大学生基层就业的现实难题和挑战,从政府、高校和大学生三个层面提出了对策建议,旨在帮助农科大学生实现基层稳定就业。The implementation of rural revitalization requires a large number of agricultural science and technology talents.Agricultural colleges and universities are important places for cultivating agricultural science and technology talents,which can continuously provide talent guarantee for rural revitalization.At present,the employment situation of college students is still severe,and the employment difficulties of agricultural college students are particularly prominent.Encouraging and guiding agricultural college students to find employment at the grassroots level can not only effectively alleviate the employment difficulties of college students,but also comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy.This paper expounds the practical significance of grass-roots employment of college students in agricultural colleges and universities under the background of rural revitalization,analyzes the practical problems and challenges of grass-roots employment of agricultural college students,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three levels of government,colleges and universities,and college students,which can help agricultural students achieve stable employment at the grassroots level.
