摘  要:[目的]通过优化茶叶前处理条件、进样方式、色谱条件等,建立气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)测定茶叶中二硫代氨基甲酸酯(盐)类(DTCs)农药残留的方法。[方法]茶叶中的二硫代氨基甲酸酯(盐)类农药在加热密闭的顶空瓶中与含氯化亚锡的无机酸发生反应,定量释放出二硫化碳,经正己烷萃取,采用GC-MS测定。同时用福美双、代森锌及丙森锌标准溶液测试其转化率,并对购买的50批市售茶叶样品中的二硫代氨基甲酸酯(盐)类农药的残留量进行统计分析。[结果]二硫化碳在0.01~1.00 mg/L线性关系良好,加标回收率为85.6%~101.4%,RSD为4.6%~6.9%,均能满足农药残留检测要求,方法检出限为0.02 mg/kg。福美双、代森锌和丙森锌的转化率在99.6%~102.2%。购买的50批市售茶叶中DTCs农药检出率为16%,平均值为0.14 mg/kg。[结论]该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,适合于茶叶中二硫代氨基甲酸酯(盐)类农药的测定。购买的50批市售茶叶样品中二硫代氨基甲酸盐类农药有一定的食品安全风险。[Objective]To establish gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method for the determination of dithiocarbamate(salt)pesticide residues in tea by optimizing tea pretreatment conditions,sampling methods and chromatographic conditions.[Method]The dithiocarbamate(salt)pesticides in tea react with inorganic acid containing stannous chloride in a heated and airtight headspace bottle to quantitatively release carbon disulfide,which was extracted by n-hexane and analyzed by GC-MS to determine the content of dithiocarbamate(salt)pesticides indirectly.At the same time,test the conversion rate of thiram,daisenzine and propsenzine,and analyze the residues of dithiocarbamate(salt)pesticides in 50 batches of tea samples sampled by our institution.[Result]Carbon disulfide had a good linear relationship during 0.01-1.00 mg/L,and the recovery rate was 85.6%-101.4%,RSD was 4.6%-6.9%,and the LOD was 0.02 mg/kg.The conversion rate of thiram,daisenzine and propsenzine rangeed from 99.6%to 102.2%.The detection rate of DTCs pesticides in 50 batches tea was 16%,the average value was 0.14 mg/kg.[Conclusion]The method is simple,fast and highly sensitive,and is suitable for the determination of dithiocarbamate(salt)pesticides in tea.The results of dithiocarbamate pesticides in 50 batches of tea samples show the certain food safety risks.
