摘　　要：新农科建设是新时代我国高等教育改革创新发展的重要方面,是构建高水平农科人才培养体系的关键一环。农业高职院校培养“一懂两爱”新型农业人才是推进“新农科”建设需要解决的关键问题。以农业高职院校“一懂两爱”人才培养为切入点,通过对农业高职院校大学生“一懂两爱”培养中存在的问题进行分析,提出相应的优化策略。The construction of new agricultural science is an important aspect of the reform and innovation of higher education in China in the new era and a key link in building a high-level agricultural talent training system.New agricultural talents training with“One Understand and Two Loves”in higher agricultural vocational colleges is the key problem to promote the construction of new agricultural science.This paper focuses on the problems existing in the cultivation of'“One Understand and Two Loves”talents in agricultural higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to cultivate qualified talents in line with the needs of new agricultural science construction and serve the development of agricultural industry.
