胃神经鞘瘤1例并文献复习

摘　　要：胃神经鞘瘤是胃间叶组织来源的肿瘤,起源于胃黏膜下神经丛中的神经膜细胞,其发病率低,临床表现及相关检查均缺乏特异性,故术前诊断率低、临床误诊率高。手术切除是最主要的治疗方法,病理诊断为确诊金标准。本文报道1例就诊于兰州大学第二医院的胃神经鞘瘤患者,接受腹腔镜下胃部分切除术,术后病理学及免疫组织化学证实为胃神经鞘瘤,恢复良好出院。本文通过对该疾病的发病特点、临床表现、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗等进行文献复习及总结,以期提高临床诊治水平。Gastric schwannomas is a submucosal mesenchymal tumor that arise from Schwann cells of nerve plexuses in the stomach wall,with low incidence rate and lack of specificity to these clinical characteristics and examinations,the preoperative diagnosis is low and the clinical misdiagnosis rate is high.Surgical resection was the main treatment method,and pathology was the gold standard for diagnosis of gastric schwannoma.This paper reports a case of gastric schwannoma who treated in Lanzhou University Second Hospital,cured by laparoscopic resection and confirmed as gastric schwannomas by pathology and immunohistochemistry after operation,and discharged with good recovery.This article reviews the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of gastric schwannoma in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
