大秦艽方结合益气扶正针刺法促进急性周围性面瘫患者康复效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察大秦艽方结合益气扶正法针刺法促进急性周围性面瘫患者康复效果。方法研究合计纳入急性周围性面瘫患者120例(2020年1月—2022年1月),根据治疗方法不同将患者分为对照组(61例)与观察组(59例),给予对照组患者西医常规治疗(醋酸泼尼松片+甲钴胺片+维生素B1),观察组在对照组治疗基础上结合大秦艽方与益气扶正法针刺法治疗,数据观察:临床疗效、疾病开始恢复时间与痊愈时间、治疗前后面部肌电图指标变化及面神经功能(House-Brackmann,H-B)评分变化、不良反应情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率与对照组比较(96.61%vs 86.89%),P<0.05;治疗后观察组患者疾病开始恢复时间与痊愈时间均比对照组患者更短,P<0.05;治疗前各组患者面部肌电图指标与H-B评分比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者面部肌电图指标与H-B评分均改善,观察组患者治疗后面部肌电图指标与H-B评分优于对照组患者,P<0.05;观察组出现1例面部疼痛,对照组1例恶心,1例乏力,不良反应率比较(1.69%vs3.28%),P>0.05。结论大秦艽方结合益气扶正法针刺法可提升急性周围性面瘫治疗效果,促进患者康复,且安全性较高,值得应用。Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of Daqinjiao Formula(大秦艽方)combined with benefiting Qi and strengthening acupuncture methodin patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis(From January 2020 to January 2022)were included in this study.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(61 cases)and observation group(59 cases).The control group received conventional western medicine treatment(prednisone acetate tablets+mecobalamin tablets+vitamin B1)in control group.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the observation group was combined with Daqinjiao Formula and benefiting Qi and strengthening acupuncture method.The clinical efficacy,the time of beginning to recovery and the recovery time,the changes in facial electromyogram indexes and House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function score before and after treatment and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group had no significance compared with that of the control group(96.61%vs 86.89%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of beginning to recovery and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the facial electromyography(EMG)indexes and H-B score of patients in each group were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the facial EMG indexes and H-B score of patients in each group were improved,and the facial EMG indexes and H-B score of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was 1 case of facial pain in the observation group,1 case of nausea and 1 case of fatigue in the control group,and the rate of adverse reactions was not significant(1.69%vs 3.28%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Daqinjiao Formula combined with benefiting Qi and strengthening acupuncture method can improve the treatment effect of acute peripheral facial paralysis,promote the rehabilitation of patients
