基于CiteSpace可视化分析中医药治疗急性心肌梗死研究热点和趋势

摘　　要：目的该研究旨在总结中医药治疗急性心肌梗死的研究成果,并用Citespace探索2000—2021年的热点和前沿。方法用CNKI检索出2000—2021年出版的有关中医药治疗急性心肌梗死的相关文献,并利用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量和可视化分析机构、作者、关键字的数量等。结果总共纳入1511篇文献,结果提示,总发文量最多的作者为史大卓,机构来自中国中医科学院西苑医院心血管中心,从可视化分析结果表明:中医药治疗急性心肌梗死后心功能障碍、心室重构、心力衰竭是目前的研究热点,年发文量逐年上升。结论中医药治疗急性心肌梗死的关注度越来越高,前景良好,对急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后的治疗与康复、中医护理的研究也逐渐增多,研究形式多样,为该领域的研究人员提供了有价值的信息,以确定潜在合作者和合作机构、热门话题和研究前沿的新视角。Objective The purpose of this study was to summarize the research results of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and explore the hot spots and frontiers from 2000 to 2021 with Citespace.Methods CNKI was used to retrieve the literatures about the treatment of acute myocardial infarction by traditional Chinese medicine published from 2000 to 2021 and CiteSpace software was used for bibliometric and visual analysis of institutions,authors and number of keywords.Results A total of 1511 articles were included.The results indicated that the author with the largest total number of articles was SHI Dazhuo,who was from the cardiovascular center of Xiyuan Hospital,Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The results of visualization analysis showed that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute myocardial infarction after cardiac dysfunction,ventricular remodeling and heart failure was the current research hotspot.The annual publication volume is increasing year by year.Conclusion More and more attention has been paid to the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with traditional Chinese medicine,and there are more and more studies on the treatment and rehabilitation of acute myocardial infarction after PCI.It provided valuable information for researchers in the field to identify potential collaborators and institutions,hot topics and new perspectives at the cutting edge of research.
