摘　　要：胆管癌是肝胆第二恶性肿瘤,病死率较高,既往发病率极低,但近些年发病率逐渐增高,对人类健康构成了巨大威胁,目前已成为医学界的研究热点。西医治疗肿瘤有三大法宝,手术和放化疗,然而本病确诊时多为中晚期,手术治愈率极低,且放化疗效果极差,故西医面对此病时常束手无策。临床实践证明中医药治疗胆管癌优势突出,不仅可改善胆管癌患者不适症状、提高生活质量,还可增加肿瘤细胞对放化疗的敏感性。大黄虽为通便要药,但其功效却不止通便一项,临床应用得当可治疗多种疾病。吕师在治疗胆管癌的过程中常应用大黄,将其与它药相配,疗效甚佳,现将吕师治疗胆管癌的经验总结如下,以飨同道。Cholangiocarcinoma is the second malignant tumor of liver and gallbladder,the mortality rate is high,the incidence is very low in the past,but the incidence is increasing gradually in recent years,which poses a great threat to human health,and has become a hot research topic in the medical field at present.Western medicine has three magic weapons in the treatment of tumor,surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,however,most of the diagnosis of this disease is in the middle and late stage,the cure rate of operation is very low,and the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy is very poor,so western medicine is often helpless in face of this disease.Clinical practice has proved that traditional Chinese medicine has outstanding advantages in the treatment of cholangiocarcinomar,which can not only improve the uncomfortable symptoms and quality of life of patients with bile duct cancer,but also increase the sensitivity of tumor cells to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Although Dahuang(rhubarb)is a necessary medicine for defecation,its effect is not only one item of defecation,it also can treat a variety of diseases according to suitable clinical application.Tutor LYU often uses Dahuang(rhubarb)in the treatment of cholangiocarcinoma,and the curative effect is very good.The experience of tutor LYU in the treatment of cholangiocarcinoma was summarized as follows.
