古中医圆运动之高原反应刍议

摘　　要：高原地区高原反应多发。中医古籍没有对高原反应的系统阐述。中医源于中华文化之易理和道学。中华文化的发源地乃河南洛阳一带为中心的黄河中下游地区,《易经》中有大量有关方位的记载。方位的确立与五行相应,结合易理和道家气的理论认识人体是古中医的特点。中国地理呈西高东低的特点,以河南洛阳一带为中心的西方属金,气机主降,当人快速进入高原地区时人与自然相应,肃降之力太甚加之自然清气不足是高原反应的主要原因。作者试从文化起源及古中医角度初探高原反应。High altitude reactions occur frequently in high altitude areas.There is no systematic exposition of altitude reaction in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine originates from the Yi theory of Chinese culture and Taoist thought.The birthplace of Chinese culture is the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River centered around Luoyang,Henan Province.There are a lot of records about location in the book of changes.The establishment of orientation corresponds to the five elements.Combined with the theory of Taoist Qi,understanding the movement of human Qi mechanism is the characteristic of ancient Chinese medicine.China's geographical environment is characterized by high in the West and low in the East.The West centered around Luoyang,Henan province belongs to Gold,and the Qi is mainly descending.When people quickly enter the plateau area,people correspond with nature,and the force of subduing is too great.In addition,the lack of natural Qi is the main reason for plateau reaction.The author tries to explore altitude reaction from the perspective of cultural origin and ancient Chinese medicine.
