摘　　要：目的观察眼针作为独立施加因素治疗缺血性中风急性期神经功能的临床疗效。方法使用随机平行对照方法,将120例处于缺血性中风急性期患者随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组予常规西医基础治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上,予眼针治疗。每日1次,每周5 d,休息2 d。总疗程均2周。以Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NHISS)评分、改良Barthel指数及汉密尔顿评分量表(HAMD)评分对两组治疗前后神经功能、肢体运动、日常生活能力及焦虑抑郁情况进行评定。结果两组治疗后FMA评分、Barthel指数、NHISS评分、HAMD评分均较治疗前提高(均P<0.05),试验组治疗后FMA评分、Barthel指数、HAMD评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05),试验组与对照组NHISS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论眼针作为独立施加因素可以改善缺血性中风急性期患者的神经功能,疗效优于常规西医治疗,值得应用及推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture as an independent factor in the treatment of neurological function in the acute phase of ischemic stroke.Methods Using the randomized parallel control method,120 patients in the acute phase of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with eye acupuncture on the basis of the control group,once a day,with 2 days off 5 days a week.The total course of treatment was 2 weeks.Simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment(FMA score),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NHISS score),modified Barthel index and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD score)were used to evaluate the neurological function,limb movement,ability of daily living,anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the FMA score,Barthel index,NHISS score and HAMD score of the two groups were all higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA score,Barthel index and HAMD score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NHISS score between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion As an independent application factor,eye acupuncture can improve the neurological function of patients with acute ischemic stroke.The curative effect is better than that of conventional western medicine,and it is worthy of application and promotion.
