两段不同频率的一指禅推法对功能性消化不良家兔MTL、SP的影响

摘　　要：目的通过对功能性消化不良家兔进行不同频率的一指禅推法治疗,观察其对功能性消化不良家兔胃动素(MTL)、P物质(SP)水平的影响以及手法频率与治疗效应之间的相关性,进一步阐明手法快慢的补泻作用。方法将40只成年家兔分为K、P、A、B共4组,每组10只。K组为空白对照组,P组为模型对照组,A组为频率101~150次/min的低频组,B组为频率201~250次/min的高频组。除K组外,其余各组均采用苦寒泻下法制作脾虚模型,然后使用人工智能机械臂对A组、B组家兔的中脘、天枢(双)进行每穴5 min,连续10 d的一指禅推法操作,手法干预结束后,测量家兔血浆MTL水平和胃窦组织SP水平,观察高低频率一指禅推法对MTL、SP的影响。结果与K组比较,P组MTL水平降低(P<0.05)、SP水平上升(P<0.05)。与P组比较,手法干预后A组、B组家兔MTL水平均升高(P<0.05),A组SP水平下降(P<0.05),B组SP水平无明显下降(P>0.05)。A组MTL水平显著高于B组(P<0.05),SP水平A组较B组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论一指禅推法治疗功能性消化不良与MTL、SP有关,频率为101~150次/min对MTL调节作用优于频率为201~250次/min。Objective To observe the effect of one finger pushing on levels of motilin(MTL)and substance P(SP)in functional dyspepsia(FD)rabbits and the correlation between manipulation frequency and treatment effect.Methods Forty adult rabbits were divided into four groups:K,P,A and B,with 10 rabbits in each group.Group K was the blank control group.Group P was the model control group.Group A was the low frequency group with a frequency of 101-150 times/min and Group B was the high frequency group with a frequency of 201-250 times/min.Except Group K,the spleen deficiency model was made by the bitter cold diarrhea method in other groups,and then the artificial intelligence mechanical arm was used to perform one finger pushing at each acupoint for 5 min and 10 consecutive days on Zhongwan(RN12)and Tianshu(double)(ST25)of rabbits in Group A and Group B.After the manual intervention,the plasma levels of MTL and SP of gastric antrum were measured,and the effects of high and low frequency one finger pushing on levels of MTL and SP were observed.Results Compared with those in the Group K,the level of MTL in Group P decreased(P<0.05)and the level of SP increased(P<0.05).Compared with those of the Group P,the level of MTL increased in Group A and Group B(P<0.05),the level of SP decreased in Group A(P<0.05),and there was no significant decrease in Group B.The level of MTL in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in SP level between Group A and Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of FD with one finger pushing is related to the levels of MTL and SP,and the effects of manipulation with different frequencies on MTL are different,in which the frequency is 101-150 times/min,and the effect is better than that of 201-250 times/min.
