摘 要:近年来皮肤恶性黑素瘤(CMM)代谢在其侵袭转移中的作用越来越被重视。CMM代谢的可塑性及代谢方式的转变可为其转移进展提供充足的能量,增加其侵袭力,且有助于其适应不同的环境。而CMM代谢与肿瘤微环境之间的相互作用也在其转移进展中发挥重要作用。本文总结细胞代谢在CMM侵袭转移中的最新研究进展,及其与肿瘤微环境的相互作用,以期为CMM转移机制研究及临床靶向和免疫治疗提供新的思路。In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the role of metabolism in its invasion and metastasis of cutaneous malignant melanoma(CMM).The plasticity of metabolism and transformation of the metabolic pattern can provide sufficient energy for the metastasis of CMM,and increase its invasiveness and adaptability to different environments.Besides,the interaction between CMM metabolism and tumor microenvironment also plays an important role in the progression of CMM.This review summarizes the latest progress in cell metabolism in the invasion and metastasis of CMM,and its interaction with tumor microenvironment,in order to provide new ideas for the research on mechanisms of CMM metastasis,as well as clinical targeted therapy and immunotherapy.
