摘 要:团体责任是现代社会高度组织化的产物。团体不只是行动的发出者,同时也是责任的主体。关系契约理论证成了团体责任的道德性。企业社会责任概念在20世纪上半叶的提出,其合理性即在于企业由此被视为一个完整的独立主体,从而成为社会的道德行为者。换句话说,企业社会责任也是一种团体责任。企业社会责任首先落实在企业战略规划和日常经营活动中,即内嵌于企业结构之中,这可以视为企业社会责任的道德生成性,它有别于自然人个体的道德能动性。Organizational responsibility results from high-level organization in modern societies.An organization is not only the initiator of an action,but also an agent of the responsibility.The theory of relational social contract has justified the morality of organizational responsibility.The concept of corporate social responsibility has been brought out in the first half of the 2oth century.Its rationality lies in the opinion that a corporation is regarded as the agent of social morality and as a whole has its social responsibility.That is,corporate social responsibility is also a kind of organizational responsibility.It is embedded in corporate strategies and daily activities and generates its morality obviously different from the moral activity of a natural individual.
