摘  要:为解决一种汽车用深孔件在多工位热模锻试验中出现的锻不足、折叠问题,弥补工艺缺陷,采用Deform-3D软件对深孔件各工位的锻造过程依次进行了模拟分析,并比较了模锻试验与模拟分析的结果,结果显示,产生的缺陷一致且出现的时间节点相同,证明了仿真模型的可靠性。其次,根据缺陷起因改变预成形工位的零件形状,有效优化了预锻时的材料流动过程,避免了折叠缺陷,同时改进了终锻模的飞边槽结构,利用阻力墙提高了限流能力,有效防止了终锻过程中锻不足缺陷的产生。最后,对改进后的工艺通过热模锻试验进行了检验,结果表明:模拟过程准确无误,深孔件无锻不足、折叠缺陷,解决了实际问题,同时,深孔件成形饱满,外形、尺寸均满足产品加工工艺要求。In order to solve the problems of insufficient forging and folding in the multi-station hot die forging test of a automobile deephole part and make up the process defects,the forging process of each station for the deep-hole part was simulated and analyzed sequentially by software Deform-3D,and by comparing with the die forging test,it is found that the defects produced in the simulation are consistent with those in the test and the occuring time nodes are the same,which proves the reliability of the simulation model.Secondly,according to the cause of defects,the part shape of preforming station is changed to optimize the material flow during the pre-forging effectively,and avoid the folding defects.At the same time,the flash groove structure of final forging die is improved,and the flow limiting ability is improved by using the resistance wall,which effectively prevents the occurrence of insufficient forging defects in the final forging process.Finally,the improved process was tested by hot die forging test,and the results show that the simulation process is accurate,there are no insufficient forging and folding defects in the deep-hole parts,which solves the actual problem.Meanwhile,the deep-hole parts are fully formed,and the shape and size meet the requirements of product processing technology.
