摘　　要：目的 分析针对消毒供应中心(CSSD)实施全面绩效管理对工作质量的影响,为医院感染控制工作提供研究依据。方法 选取吉林大学第一医院CSSD作为研究对象,针对其实施全面绩效管理前的2020年1月-12月及实施全面绩效管理后的2021年1月-12月的科室满意率、消毒包装工作质量指标、消毒包发放质量指标进行比较。结果 实施全面绩效管理前、后科室满意率分别为72.22%和94.44%(P<0.05);实施全面绩效管理后,CSSD的各项消毒包装工作质量指标和消毒包发放质量指标均显著改善(P<0.05)。结论 针对CSSD实施全面绩效管理,能够提高员工的工作质量和科室的满意度,从而达到降低医院感染风险的目的。OBJECTIVE To analyze the influence of implementing comprehensive performance management on work quality in disinfection supply centers(CSSD),and to provide research basis for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.METHODS CSSD of the First Hospital of Jilin University was selected as the research object.The satisfaction rate of the department,the quality indicators of disinfection and packaging,and the distribution quality of disinfection package between the period before the implementation of comprehensive performance management(from Jan 2020 to Dec 2020)and after(from Jan 2021 to Dec 2021)were compared.RESULTS The satisfaction rates of department before and after implementation of comprehensive performance management were 72.22%and 94.44%,respectively(P<0.05).After implementing comprehensive performance management and the quality indicators of disinfection and packaging and the disinfection package distribution in CSSD were significantly improved(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Implementation of comprehensive performance management in CSSD can improve work quality and department employee satisfaction,therefore,reducing the risk for prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
