摘 要:本文以某大排量摩托车为研究对象,针对大排量摩托车的操纵稳定性问题,通过3D扫描和使用三维软件测得该摩托车的整车结构参数,使用摩托车多体动力学仿真软件Ⅵ-Motorcycle建立该摩托车的动力学仿真模型。之后,对该模型分别在直线加速、直线制动和定圆三种工况下进行仿真模拟实验,并根据仿真后得到的后处理数据分析摩托车在不同工况下的操纵稳定性。模拟实验结果表明:本文的仿真模拟过程和最后实验得到的数据对以后国内大排量摩托车操纵稳定性的研究有一定的参考价值。In this paper,a large-displacement motorcycle is taken as the research object,aiming at the handling stability of large-displacement motorcycle,the vehicle structural parameters of the motorcycle are measured by 3D scanning and 3D software,and the dynamic simulation model of the motorcycle is established by using the motorcycle multibody dynamics simulation software VI-Motorcycle.After that,the model is simulated under three working conditions:linear acceleration,linear braking and fixed circle,and the handling stability of the motorcycle under different working conditions is analyzed according to the post-processing data obtained after simulation.The simulation process and the data obtained from the final test have certain reference value for the future research on the handling stability of domestic large-displacement motorcycles.
