摘　　要：为了增强学生的身体素质,引导学生积极参加课外体育锻炼,设计了一套科学、合理的课外体育锻炼签到方案。在此方案的指导下,基于校园网络和一卡通平台,综合运用射频识别(Radio Frequency IDentification,RFID)技术、用户数据报协议(User Datagram Protocol,UDP)、Socket组件实现课外体育锻炼签到系统。应用结果表明:RFID读卡器采集的数据经改进后的UDP能够可靠地传送到签到服务器;系统功能完善,能为用户提供数据管理、分析、统计功能,运行稳定,基本满足实际应用需求;对照系统应用前后的学生身体体质测试报告分析,显著增强了学生的身体体质,说明该方案能够引导学生积极参加课外体育锻炼。In order to improve students'health and encourage them to actively take part in physical exercises,a scientific and reasonable out-class physical exercises sign-in system is proposed in this paper.We employ Radio Frequency IDentification(RFID),User Datagram Protocol(UDP)and Socket technologies to implement this system based on the campus network and all-in-one card platform.Student's information are firstly read from RFID readers and then sent to server credibly with our modified UDP.System run steadily and can meet practical requirements.Compare test reports before and after using this system,there is a much improvement with regard to students'physical conditions.Experimental results show that this system really can guide students to actively go in for physical exercise.
