虹膜劈裂继发青光眼1例

摘　　要：本例威海市中心医院收治的患者双眼颞侧虹膜劈裂,虹膜劈裂范围较大的一眼继发青光眼,另一眼虹膜劈裂范围较小暂未发生青光眼。因此认为,虹膜劈裂疾病的发生、发展过程中,是由于虹膜组织脱色素阻塞房角,从而继发青光眼的发生。A rare case of binocular temporal iridoschisis admitted to Weihai Central Hospital was reported.The patient had secondary glaucoma in one eye with larger iridoschisis range,while no glaucoma occurred in the other eye with smaller iridoschisis range during follow-up.Therefore,it is believed that during the occurrence and development of iridoschisis,the occurrence of secondary glaucoma is due to the depigmentation of iris tissue blocking the angle of anterior chamber.
