血清S100B蛋白、炎症因子及HCY水平与阿尔兹海默症的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过检测阿尔兹海默症患者与正常人的血清S100B蛋白、炎症因子及HCY水平并进行比较,探讨这些指标与阿尔兹海默症的关系。方法根据NIA-AA诊断标准收集59例阿尔兹海默症患者作为研究对象,选取同期该院体检中心体检的同年龄段健康查体人员67名作为对照组,检测二组血清样本中S100B蛋白、CRP、IL-6及HCY的水平并进行统计学分析。结果AD组与对照组的性别和年龄具有可比性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在MMSE评分上AD组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血清S100B蛋白、CRP、IL-6和HCY水平AD组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);AD组血清S100B和HCY水平与疾病严重程度具有相关性,二者检测水平与MMSE评分呈显著负相关(r=-0.88,P<0.05;r=-0.65,P<0.05),而研究发现血清CRP和IL-6检测水平与MMSE评分无相关性(P>0.05);曲线下面积依次为血清S100B蛋白0.946[95%CI(0.911,0.981)]、CRP0.911[95%CI(0.863,0.96)]、IL-60.833[95%CI(0.757,0.909)]、HCY0.752[95%CI(0.659,0.845)],血清S100B蛋白的ROC曲线下面积高于其他指标。结论血清S100B蛋白和HCY水平在AD患者中均明显升高,且与AD的疾病进展呈正相关,提示这两种生物标志物可能作为该病诊断的辅助指标。Objective By detecting and comparing the levels of serum S1ooB protein,inflammatory factors and HCY in patients with Alzheimers disease and normal people,to explore the correlation between these indicators and dementia.Methods According to NIA-AA diagnostic criteria,fifty-nine patients with Alzheimer's disease were collected as experimental subjects,and 67 healthy physical examination workers of the same age who came to our hospital physical examination center at the same time were selected the control group.The levels of S1ooB protein,CRP,IL-6 and HCY in the serum samples of two groups were measured and statistically analyzed.Results The AD group and the control group were comparable in sex and age(P>0.05);The MMSE score of AD group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);The detection level of serum S100B protein,CRP,IL-6 and HCY in AD group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);In addition,the study and analysis found that the detection levels of serum S100B and HCY in AD group were correlated with the severity of the disease,and the levels of serum S1ooB protein and serum HCY were significantly negatively correlated with the MMSE score(r=-0.88,P<0.05;r=-0.65,P<0.05),while the study found that the detection levels of serum CRP and IL-6 were not correlated with the MMSE score(P>0.05);The area under the curve is:serum S100B protein 0.946[95%CI(0.911,0.981)J,CRP 0.911[95%CI(0.863,0.96)J,IL-60.833[95%CI(0.757,0.909)J,HCY 0.752[95%CI(0.659,0.845)J.The area under the ROC curve of serum S10oB protein is higher than other indicators.ConclusionSerum S10OB protein and HCY levels were significantly increased in AD patients,and were related to the disease progression of AD,suggesting that these indicators may be used as auxiliary indicators for the diagnosis of the disease.
