浅析钙镁型制盐母液及盐泥综合处理工艺

摘　　要：陕北岩盐资源从杂质分类属硫酸钙型卤水,还有一定量的钙、镁、铁盐杂质成分,生产企业通过母液外排的方式予以控制,这样既造成了大量制盐母液的浪费,也使钙镁石膏泥堆积地面形成巨大环保压力。文章结合中盐榆林公司真空制盐项目实际运行情况,提出了制盐母液处理工艺来消除上述弊端,在完全去除镁离子、抑制氯化钙富集的基础上实现母液回收利用,将过程产生的钙镁石膏泥注入运行盐井,实现了制盐系统的经济、环保运行。Northern Shaanxi rock salt resources are calcium sulfate-type brine from impurities classification,as well as a certain amount of calcium,magnesium,and iron salt impurities.The manufacturer is controlled by the maternal liquid discharge.Calcium magnesium gypsum mud accumulates the ground to form tremendous environmental protection pressure.In combination with the actual operation of the vacuum salt project of China Salt Yulin Co.,Ltd.,it proposes the processing process of the salt-making parent liquid treatment process to eliminate the above disadvantages,and achieve the recycling of mother liquid on the basis of completely removing magnesium ions and suppressing calcium chloride.Calcium,magnesium gypsum mud is entered into the salt well,and the economic and environmental operation of the salt-making system is realized.
