摘  要:膜蒸馏是一种以蒸汽压差为推动力的新型分离技术,与传统蒸馏方法和其他膜分离技术相比,具有运行压力低、运行温度低、分离效率高等优点,可充分利用太阳能、废热和余热等热源。广泛用于海水淡化、超纯水的制备、挥发性物质水溶液的浓缩、结晶和分离等方面。本文主要介绍了直接接触式、气隙式、气扫式、真空式四种膜蒸馏装置,以及膜蒸馏技术的前景。随着膜蒸馏技术的不断发展,将在应用领域和分离重组技术领域给人类带来新的认识。Membrane distillation is a kind of new separation technology driven by vapor pressure difference.Compared with traditional distillation methods and other membrane separation technologies,membrane distillation has the advantages of lower operating pressure,lower operating temperature and higher separation efficiency.It can make full use of solar energy,waste heat,afterheat and other heat sources.Therefore,it is widely used in seawater desalination,preparation of ultra pure water,juice concentration,as well as concentration,crystallization and separation of volatile matter aqueous solution.This article briefly introduced four membrane distillation devices such as direct contact,air gap,gas sweep and vacuum,and the prospect of membrane distillation technology,etc.With the continuous development of membrane distillation technology,it will bring new understanding in the field of application and separation and recombination technology.
