摘 要:为了提高矿区盐岩资源的回采率,最大限度的开采地下盐岩矿藏,在采卤老矿区“填缝补齐”布井,利用原有采卤井场改建定向对接连通生产卤井。老采区存在地下裂隙、溶腔发育等异常复杂的地下地质状况,钻完井施工中极易发生井漏、卡钻等复杂情况。本文对以上重难点问题及解决办法进行了介绍,包括井眼轨迹设计及井漏失返、冒落掉块等内容,有助于技术工作者加深对采卤矿区地层的认识,从而提高处理问题的应急能力。In order to improve the recovery rate of salt rock resources in the mining area and maximize the exploitation of underground salt rock deposits,the wells are“filled and repaired”in the old mining area of brine mining,and the original brine mining well site is reconstructed to connect the production brine wells.There are extremely complex underground geological conditions such as underground cracks and cavity development in the old mining area,and complex conditions such as leakage and stuck drilling are easy to occur during drilling and completion.This paper introduces the above important and difficult problems and their solutions,including well trajectory design,well loss return,falling block,etc.,which is helpful for technical workers to deepen their understanding of the formation of brine mining area,so as to improve their emergency ability to deal with problems.
