摘　　要：本文介绍了轴流泵概况,通过分析轴流泵在制盐装置的运用和特性,通过对轴流泵进行水力试验,进行技术改造提升性能。结合盐化工的生产实际,对轴流泵运行中常见的故障和产生的原因以及应对措施进行了探讨,对提高轴流泵的工作效率,降低故障率有一定的参考意义。This paper describes the present situation of axial flow pump,through the analysis of the use and characteristics of axial flow pump in salt production equipment,through the study of the hydraulic test of axial flow pump,technical renovation can improve performance.Combination with the salt chemical production practice,the common faults in the operation of axial flow pump and the reasons and the countermeasures are discussed in this paper,to improve the work efficiency of axial flow pump,reduce the failure rate has certain reference significance.
