电站煤粉锅炉粉煤灰“浮黑”成因分析及解决对策

摘　　要：粉煤灰是火力发电厂煤粉燃烧后排出的烟道飞灰。粉煤灰综合利用是指将粉煤灰加以利用,实现资源化、无害化、减量化的目的。作为一种重要的工业废弃物,粉煤灰的综合利用对于环保、节能、可持续发展具有重要的意义。根据粉煤灰综合利用的品质高低,粉煤灰可分为三个等级,三级之外是劣质粉煤灰,难以综合利用。浮黑灰为6大劣质粉煤灰之一。笔者对某电厂锅炉产生的浮黑灰特性进行分析,找到该浮黑灰的成因,提出了解决问题的技术路线和对策,为电厂粉煤灰综合利用提供了技术保障。Fly ash and pulverized coal combustion in thermal power plant is the back of the flue of fly ash.Comprehensive utilization of fly ash is the use of fly ash,the realization of the aim of utilization,harmless and quantity reduction.As a kind of important industrial waste,the comprehensive utilization of fly ash for environmental protection,energy saving,sustainable development has the vital significance.According to the quality high and low comprehensive utilization of fly ash,fly ash can be divided into three levels,level 3 is low-quality fly ash,difficult to comprehensive utilization.As one of the six low-quality fly ash floating black ashes.The author of a certain power plant boiler produced by floating black ash characteristics were analyzed,and find the cause of the floating black ash,proposed the technical route and countermeasures to solve the problem,and provides technical support for the comprehensive utilization power plant fly ash.
