摘　　要：利用李雅普诺夫第二方法,对决策信息系统的演化矩阵进行扩展和重构,建立了决策信息系统在某个时间点的李雅普诺夫函数,并通过此函数判断该时间点下决策信息系统的稳定性。By using the Lyapunov second method,the evolution matrix of the decision information system is extended and reconstructed,and the Lyapunov function of the decision information system at a certain point in time is established,and the stability of the decision information system is judged by the function.
