摘 要:为准确模拟三元锂电池放电特性,控制电池放电工作温度稳定在理想温度区间,基于单体三元锂电池放电试验数据及MATLAB仿真,拟合辨识放电模型的极化电阻和指数区常数2个关键参数,搭建锂电池热电耦合模型,设计温升控制器,并进行仿真验证和稳定性判断。结果表明:不同放电倍率下,电池放电模型应采用不同的极化电阻和指数区常数,具有更好的准确性和可行性;放电倍率增大,极化电阻减小,指数区常数增大;MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证表明,仿真模型恒流放电时,温升控制器可将电池表面温度稳定、有效地控制在理想温度区间。In order to simulate the discharge characteristics of ternary lithium battery accurately and control the working temperature of battery discharge to be stable in the ideal temperature range,based on the discharge test data of monomer ternary lithium battery and MATLAB simulation,two key parameters of polarization resistance and exponential constant are fitted to identify the discharge model,a thermoelectric coupling model is built,and a temperature rise controller is designed.The results show that the polarization resistance and the constant of the exponential region of the battery discharge model should adopt different values under different discharge rate,which have better accuracy and feasibility,and the polarization resistance decreases with the increase of discharge rate.The results of MATLAB/Simulink simulation show that when the simulation model discharge with constant current,the temperature rise controller could control the surface temperature of the battery in the ideal temperature range stably and effectively.
