摘  要:介绍了轻量化薄壁球墨铸铁飞轮壳铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的覆砂铁型生产工艺,对试制过程中出现的裂纹和冷隔缺陷进行了分析,通过对工艺适当优化,成功生产出无裂纹、冷隔和其他铸造缺陷的高强度薄壁复杂球墨铸铁飞轮壳件,并实现了批量生产。最后指出:(1)覆砂铁型工艺生产薄壁件必须加强排气,增加浇注系统面积实现快速浇注;(2)覆砂铁型工艺生产薄壁件需要加大覆砂层厚度,减少铁型厚度以减少铸件收缩阻力,防止铸件产生裂纹。The structure and technical requirements of lightweight thin-walled nodular iron flywheel housing casting were introduced,the resin-coated iron mold production process of the casting was described in detail.The cracking and cold shut defects occurring in trial production were analyzed.Through properly method optimization,the high-strength thin-walled complex nodular iron flywheel housing without crack,cold shut and other casting defects had been successfully produced and achieved batch production.Finally pointed out:(1)When using resin sand-coated iron mold to produce thin-wall castings,it was necessary to strengthen the gas venting,increase the gating system section area to achieve rapid pouring.(2)To produce thin-wall castings,it was necessary increase sand coating layer thickness,reduce thickness of iron mold to reduce contraction resistance to the casting and thereby prevent casting cracking.
