摘  要:介绍了球墨铸铁涡轮壳铸件的原生产工艺及出现的气孔问题,通过改善入铁液的先后顺序、降低芯砂的发气量和提高铁液的静压头等工艺,有效解决了涡轮壳薄壁位置的气孔问题,生产出优良的铸件。最后指出:(1)芯砂的发气量是导致铸件气孔发生的重要因素,降低砂芯的发气量可以有效降低铸件气孔的发生率;(2)调整芯砂的角形系数可以有效降低树脂的加入量,减少芯砂的发气量,且不影响砂芯的强度;(3)增加铁液的静压头,可以防止砂芯的产生的气体进入铁液,从而防止气孔产生。The original production technology and occurring blowhole problem of the nodular iron turbine housing casting were introduced.By improving sequential order of iron liquid entering the mold,effectively solved the blowhole problem of the turbine housing at thin wall position and produced good qualified casting.Finally,pointed out:(1)The gas evolution of core sand was an important factor leading to the occurrence of casting blowholes,reducing the gas evolution of sand core could effectively reduce the incidence of casting blowholes.(2)Adjusting the angular coefficient of the core sand could effectively reduce the amount of resin added,reduce the gas evolution of the core sand,and does not affect the strength of the sand core.(3)Increasing the static pressure head of the iron liquid could prevent the gas produced by the sand core from entering the iron liquid,thus preventing blowholes occurring.
