摘　　要：目的探讨上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)组织骨膜蛋白(POSTN)、Ⅺ型胶原α1(COL11A1)表达变化及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法选择EOC组织122例份、正常输卵管上皮组织60例份,采用免疫组化法检测POSTN、COL11A1蛋白表达。采用Spearman秩相关分析法分析EOC组织POSTN、COL11A1蛋白表达的关系。分析EOC组织POSTN、COL11A1蛋白阳性表达与临床病理特征的关系。绘制Kaplan-Meier生存曲线,分析EOC组织POSTN、COL11A1表达与预后的关系。结果EOC组织POSTN、COL11A1蛋白阳性表达率均高于正常输卵管上皮组织(χ2分别为30.118、22.499,P均<0.01)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,EOC组织POSTN蛋白表达与COL11A1蛋白表达呈正相关关系(r=0.722,P<0.05)。FIGO分期Ⅲ期、有淋巴结转移的EOC组织POSTN和COL11A1蛋白阳性表达率高于FIGO分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期及无淋巴结转移的EOC组织(P均<0.05)。POSTN蛋白阳性表达者与阴性表达者3年累积生存率分别为65.60%、77.30%,COL11A1蛋白阳性表达者与阴性表达者3年累积生存率分别为68.80%、79.60%,二者生存曲线比较差异均有统计学意义(Log-rankχ2分别为14.291、13.870,P均<0.05)。结论EOC组织POSTN、COL11A1高表达,二者表达变化与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移以及预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression changes of periosteal protein(POSTN)and collagen typeⅪalpha 1(COL11A1)in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC)and their relationships with clinicopathological fea⁃tures and prognosis.Methods Totally 122 cases of EOC tissues and 60 cases of normal tubal epithelial tissues were selected.POSTN and COL11A1 protein expression levels were detected by immunohistochemistry.Spearman rank correla⁃tion was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of POSTN and COL11A1 protein in EOC tissues.The rela⁃tionships between the positive expression of POSTN and COL11A1 proteins and clinicopathological features in the EOC tis⁃sues were analyzed.Kaplan-Meier survival curve was drawn to analyze the relationship between POSTN and COL11A1 expression and prognosis in EOC tissues.Results The positive expression rates of POSTN and COL11A1 proteins in the EOC tissues were significantly higher than those in the normal tubal epithelial tissues(χ2=30.118 and 22.499;both P<0.01).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that POSTN protein expression was positively correlated with COL11A1 protein expression in the EOC tissues(r=0.722,P<0.05).POSTN and COL11A1 proteins in FIGO stageⅢEOC tissues with lymph node metastasis were higher than those in FIGO stageⅠ,Ⅱand EOC tissues without lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).The 3-year cumulative survival rates of the POSTN protein positive expression group and negative expres⁃sion group were 65.60%and 77.30%,respectively.The 3-year cumulative survival rates of COL11A1 protein positive expression group and negative expression group were 68.80%and 79.60%,respectively.There were significant differences in the survival curves between the two groups(Log-rankχ2=14.291 and 13.870,respectively;both P<0.05).Conclusion POSTN and COL11A1 are highly expressed in the EOC tissues,and their expression changes are closely related to FIGO stage,lymph node metastasis,and prognosis.
