摘 要:通过网络查阅和田野调查,收集甘肃省特别是陇南市政府教育发展相关数据和文献,对照国家和省市政府乡村教育振兴相关政策,发现陇南市乡村小规模学校全科型教师不仅数量缺口较大,而且在学生发展知识、学科专业知识、教育教学知识、通识教育知识方面,特别是专业教学能力,均存在结构和内涵缺陷,因此,坚持小学教育专业全科型课程方案利大于弊.建议政府教育部门,进一步拓宽乡村教师补充渠道,进一步提高乡村教师待遇,进一步健全教师队伍管理机制,进一步有序推动城乡教师合理流动.Through network access and field investigation,relevant data and literature on the development of education in Gansu Province,especially in Longnan City,were collected.Compared with the relevant policies of rural education revitalization of national and provincial governments,it was found that there was not only a large gap in the number of general teachers in primary schools in Longnan City,but also structural and connotation defects in students'development knowledge,subject professional knowledge,teaching knowledge,general education knowledge,especially professional teaching ability.Therefore,adhering to the comprehensive curriculum plan for primary education majors has more advantages than disadvantages.It is recommended that the government education department should further expand the channels for supplementing rural teachers,further improve the treatment of rural teachers,further improve the management mechanism of the rural teacher team,and further promote the rational flow of urban and rural teachers in an orderly manner.
