体育锻炼能否减少青少年偏差行为--来自中国教育追踪调查的证据

摘　　要：基于2014—2015年中国教育追踪调查数据,考察体育锻炼对青少年偏差行为的影响,并从亲子关系和非认知能力角度进行机制分析。基于最小二乘法、工具变量法和倾向得分匹配方法的研究结果表明,体育锻炼对青少年偏差行为有显著负向作用。进一步中介效应检验结果表明,体育锻炼能够通过强化亲子关系和提高非认知能力减少青少年偏差行为。家长及学校应合理分配青少年学习时间与体育运动参与时间,多措并举提高青少年体育锻炼参与度,充分发挥体育锻炼在规范青少年社会行为上的积极效用。Based on the 2014-2015 China Education Panel Survey(CEPS),this paper examines the influence of physical exercise on adolescents’deviant behaviors and analyzes the mechanism from the perspective of the parent-child relationship and non-cognitive skills.Research results based on the ordinary least squares method,instrumental variable method,and propensity score matching method show that physical exercise has a significant negative effect on adolescents’deviant behaviors.Further mediating effect tests show that physical exercise can reduce the generation of adolescents’deviant behaviors by strengthening the parent-child relationship and improving non-cognitive skills.Parents and schools should rationally allocate adolescents’study time and sports participation time,take multiple measures to increase adolescent participation in physical exercise and give full play to the positive effects of physical exercise in regulating adolescents’social behavior.
