基于数据挖掘的脑卒中疲劳研究可视化分析

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量分析,了解国内脑卒中后疲劳研究现状及研究热点,为该方向研究提供参考。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)自建库至2022年12月收录的与脑卒中后疲劳相关的文献,运用CiteSpace可视化软件分析脑卒中后疲劳研究领域相关文献的年度发文量、发表期刊、关键词、文献研究类型。结果检索有效文献257篇,年度发文量呈逐年递增趋势;排名前10位的期刊中8类属于中文核心期刊,护理类刊物2个;生活质量、认知功能、神经功能、综述、八段锦是国内近年卒中后疲劳研究的热点;随机对照研究占比大。结论我国卒中后疲劳的相关研究方向趋于同质化,日后应从多个角度深入研究相关问题,加强团体之间的合作,共同促进卒中后疲劳患者生活质量的提高。Objective To understand the current status and research hotspots of post-stroke fatigue research in China through bibliometric analysis,and to provide a reference for research in this field.Methods Literature related to post-stroke fatigue included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from the time of establishing the database to December 2022 were retrieved.CiteSpace visualization software was used to analyze the annual publication volume,journals,keywords,and research types of literature related to post-stroke fatigue research.Results 257 pieces of valid literature were retrieved,and the annual publication volume showed an increasing trend year by year;Among the top 10 journals,8 belonged to Chinese core journals and 2 were nursing journals;Quality of life,cognitive function,neurological function,review,and Baduanjin were hot topics in research on post-stroke fatigue in China in recent years;Randomized controlled studies accounted for a large proportion.Conclusion The research directions related to post-stroke fatigue in China are tending toward homogenization.In the future,in-depth research on related issues should be conducted from multiple perspectives,and cooperation between groups should be strengthened to jointly promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients with post-stroke fatigue.
