清创联合结膜瓣遮盖并配戴角膜绷带镜治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨清创联合结膜瓣遮盖并配戴角膜绷带镜治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果。方法 选取2021年5月至2022年5月江门市新会区人民医院收治的真菌性角膜溃疡患者36例,以随机数表法分为对照一组、对照二组与观察组,每组各12例。对照一组接受单纯清创治疗,对照二组患者接受清创联合结膜瓣遮盖术治疗,观察组接受清创联合结膜瓣遮盖术并配戴角膜绷带镜治疗,比较三组治疗效果、真菌性角膜溃疡愈合时间、不良反应与生存质量。结果 与对照一组及对照二组比较,观察组具备更高的治疗总有效率(P<0.05);与对照一组及对照二组比较,观察组具备更短的真菌性角膜溃疡愈合时间(P<0.05);三组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照一组及对照二组比较,观察组治疗后生存质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论 清创联合结膜瓣遮盖并配戴角膜绷带镜可缩短真菌性角膜溃疡愈合时间,并提高患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of debridement combined with conjunctival flap covering and corneal bandage lens wearing in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer.Methods A total of 36 patients with fungal corneal ulcer admitted to and treated in the People’s Hospital of Xinhui District in Jiangmen City from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control groupⅠ(n=12),the control groupⅡ(n=12)and the observation group(n=12)according to the random number table method.The control groupⅠwas treated with simple debridement treatment,and the control groupⅡwas treated with debridement combined with conjunctival flap covering,while the obs ervation group was treated with debridement combined with conjunctival flap covering and corneal bandage lens wearing.The therapeutic efficacies,healing time of fungal corneal ulcer,adverse reactions(ADRs)and quality of life(QoL)of the three groups were compared.Results Compared with the control groupⅠand control groupⅡ,the observation group achieved better treatment results(P<0.05).Compared with the control groupⅠand control groupⅡ,the observation group had a shorter healing time for fungal corneal ulcers(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control groupⅠand control groupⅡ,the observation group had a higher quality of life score after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Debridement combined with conjunctival flap covering and corneal bandage lens wearing is effective in treating fungal corneal ulcer,which can shorten the healing time of fungal cor neal ulcer and improve the QoL of patients.
