摘　　要：阐述人工智能中的BP网络模型、遗传小波神经网络模型、模糊神经网络模型在应对电梯故障中的价值,探讨人工智能在电梯故障处置中的运用实践,包括自学式故障诊断、应急处置平台的应用。This paper expounds the value of BP network models, genetic wavelet neural network models, and fuzzy neural network models in artificial intelligence in dealing with elevator faults, and explores the practical application of artificial intelligence in elevator fault handling, including the application of self-learning fault diagnosis and emergency response platforms.
