快速康复干预对子宫肌瘤术后患者的意义分析

摘　　要：目的 分析快速康复干预对子宫肌瘤术后患者的意义。方法 60例子宫肌瘤术后患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组患者采取临床常规康复方法 ,试验组患者在采取临床常规康复治疗方法的基础上采取快速康复干预。比较两组患者肠鸣音恢复时间评分、腹胀程度评分、安全性观测评分、术后随访评分、围术期并发症评分、焦虑程度评分。结果 试验组患者肠鸣音恢复时间评分(1.52±0.15)分、腹胀程度评分(1.75±0.24)分、安全性观测评分(0.20±0.12)分、术后随访评分(0.52±0.15)分、围术期并发症评分(2.05±0.13)分、焦虑程度评分(3.15±0.13)分均低于对照组的(3.09±0.19)、(3.01±0.12)、(1.90±0.37)、(1.99±0.19)、(5.42±0.20)、(5.42±0.20)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取快速康复干预对子宫肌瘤术后患者效果显著,可以改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。Objective To analyze the significance of fast track intervention in postoperative patients with hysteromyoma.Methods A total of 60 postoperative patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group took clinical routine rehabilitation,and the experimental group took fast track intervention on the basis of clinical routine rehabilitation.Both groups were compared in terms of intestinal sound recovery time score,abdominal distension score,safety observation score,postoperative follow-up score,perioperative complications score and degree of anxiety score.Results In the experimental group,the intestinal sound recovery time score was(1.52±0.15)points,the abdominal distension degree score was(1.75±0.24)points,the safety observation score was(0.20±0.12)points,the postoperative follow-up score was(0.52±0.15)points,the perioperative complications score was(2.05±0.13)points,and the degree of anxiety score was(3.15±0.13)points,which were lower than those of(3.09±0.19),(3.01±0.12),(1.90±0.37),(1.99±0.19),(5.42±0.20),and(5.42±0.20)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast track intervention has significant effect on postoperative patients with hysteromyoma,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worth popularizing.
