摘 要:有效激励高校教师参与创新创业教育研修,是优化高校创新创业教育师资的重要途径。通过深度访谈和探究高校教师参与“双创”教育研修动机取向及其影响因素发现:其研修动机涉及职业发展、求知兴趣、服务社会、外界期望、社会交往五个方面;晋升激励、院校组织支持、社会环境激励等因素有助于强化其研修动机;而教师个人面临的双趋冲突、课程质量的不确定性、课程设计的不完善性等因素则会对其研修动机产生抑制影响。Participating in innovation and entrepreneurship education training is an important way for university teachers to enhance their awareness of self innovation and entrepreneurship education and improve their ability of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Through in-depth interviews,and exploring explores the motivation orientation and influencing factors of university teachers’participation in the training of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this research finds that the research and study motivation includes five aspects:career development,interest in seeking knowledge,serving the society,external expectations and social communication.Promotion incentive,institutional organizational support and social environment incentive help to strengthen their research and study motivation.However,the dual trend conflict faced by teachers,the uncertainty of curriculum quality,the imperfection of curriculum design,the insufficient organizational support of colleges and universities,and the teachers’sense of low efficiency of research and transformation will inhibit their motivation to participate in the training of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
