大学生职业价值观对创业意愿影响的中介效应研究

摘　　要：实证研究了大学生职业价值观的五个维度(即功利导向、内在偏好、人际和谐、创新导向和长期发展)对创业意愿的影响,并检验了创业动机在两者关系中的中介效应。研究表明:大学生创新导向和内在偏好职业价值观对创业意愿存在显著影响,创新导向比内在偏好的影响更显著。创业动机在功利导向职业价值观、人际和谐职业价值观、长期发展职业价值观对创业意愿的影响中起完全中介作用。基于此,针对大学生五种不同的职业价值观,分别提出了有益于大学生创业意愿培育的管理实践建议。This paper studies the influence of college students’professional values on entrepreneurial intention from five dimensions(utilitarian orientation,intrinsic preference,interpersonal harmony,innovation orientation and long-term development)and examines the mediating effect of entrepreneurial motivation between these two relationships.The results show that:college students’innovation-oriented career values and intrinsic preference have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention,and innovation orientation is more significant than inner preference.Entrepreneurial motivation plays a completely intermediary role in the influence of utilitarian-oriented professional values,interpersonal and harmonious professional values,and long-term development of professional values on entrepreneurial intention.Based on this research conclusion and targeting on the five different professional values,the study puts forward some management practice suggestions beneficial to college students’entrepreneurial intention.
