摘  要:考虑原始设备制造商和第三方再制造商构成的闭环供应链系统,基于消费者对再制造产品估值的不确定性,构建不同市场结构下再制造决策博弈模型,设计了两部收费契约,并通过数值模拟分析再制造产品质量水平和估值不确定性对均衡决策和最优利润的影响.研究结果表明:无论集中式决策还是分散式决策,原始设备制造商应该同时销售新产品和再制造产品,且产品定价策略受再制造产品生产成本影响;与集中式决策相比,分散式决策下产品最优销售价格较高,但供应链总利润较低;当再制造产品质量水平接近新产品时,新产品和再制造产品销量都会随着质量提升而提高;最后,消费者对再制造产品估值的不确定性不会始终影响新产品定价.文章拓展了闭环供应链定价研究,为相关企业提高运营效率提供支撑.A closed-loop supply chain system composed of an original equipment manufacturer and a third-party remanufacturer is considered.Based on consumer valuation uncertainty of remanufactured products,remanufacturing-decision game models are constructed under different market structures,and then a two-part tariff contract is designed.The effects of the quality level of remanufactured products and consumer valuation uncertainty on equilibrium decisions and optimal profits are discussed through numerical analysis.The results show that under centralized or decentralized decision making,the original equipment manufacturer should sell new and remanufactured products simultaneously,and the pricing strategy is affected by the unit production cost of remanufactured product.Compared with centralized decision making,the optimal selling prices of products are no lower than those in decentralized decision making,but the total profit of the supply chain is lower.When the quality level of remanufactured products is close to that of new products,the sales of new products and remanufactured products will increase with the improvement of quality.Finally,the selling price of new products is not always affected by consumer valuation uncertainty of remanufactured products.This study extends the pricing study on closed-loop supply chain and provides support for firms to improve operational efficiency.
