摘 要:为了进一步提升医药类技能型人才培养质量,文章以生物化学实验教学为例,探讨了基于虚拟仿真技术的开放实验室辅助实验教学对学生实验操作及动手能力的影响。将2021级药学专业83名本科生分为虚拟仿真实验教学组与常规实验教学组,并通过问卷调研、实验报告、实验理论测试与操作评估等方法,分析虚拟仿真教学对实验教学效果与学生自主学习能力的影响。结果显示,虚拟仿真实验教学组的实验成绩显著高于常规实验教学组(p<0.05);同时虚拟仿真实验教学组中超过97.56%的学生对“虚拟+现实”混合教学模式满意,其中超过60%的学生再次上线进行虚拟实验操作。虚拟仿真辅助教学模式在生物化学实验课程中的教学效果显著优于常规实验教学模式。In order to further foster the quality of cultivating skilled talents in medicine,this article aims to explore the impact of open laboratory assisted experimental teaching based on virtual simulation on students'experimental operation and hands-on abilities.83 undergraduate students of the pharmacy major of grade 2021 were divided into the virtual simulation experimental teaching group(experimental group)and the conventional experimental teaching group(control group).The impact of virtual simulation on experimental teaching effectiveness and students'autonomous learning ability was examined through questionnaire,experimental reports,experimental theory testing,and operation and evaluation.The results indicate that the performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05);Meanwhile,more than 97.56% of the students in experimental group are satisfied with the“virtual+reality”mixed teaching mode,with over 60%of them going online again for virtual experiment operations.Therefore,a conclusion can be drawn that the teaching effect of virtual simulation-assisted teaching mode is significantly superior to conventional experimental teaching mode.
